Fondy Tints and employees are not liable for any tickets/fines/citations that are issued to the vehicle’s owner due to illegal tint, Fondy Tints and employees are also not liable for any accidents caused by tint that is way too dark. We realize some customers like their vehicles blacked out and we will install it to their liking but we are not going to be responsible if they can’t see. We also don’t “recommend” shades as this could be exploited if such instances do occur.
